BOOKING POLICIES: 

If you have a previous tattoo, please either email a picture or book a consultation first. 

A $75 deposit is required in order to book and confirm all permanent make up appointments. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. The deposit will be forfeited if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. If you wish to send your deposit via e-transfer please contact directly. 
 
If you wish to reschedule, 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

Please read pre care and consent form before your appointment, which is sent to you at the time of booking your appointment. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue with the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled.

If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited and will need to give a new deposit to book another appointment.
 
If you  are running late for your appointment, please contact us to let us know. It will be determined if your appointment can still continue or need to be rescheduled.

All services provided are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a service.
